Owens Corning is seeking a Sr. Area Sales Manager - Retail (Enterprise) to drive growth across the retail channel in Portland, OR or Seattle, WA.

You will lead field execution, train store teams, and collaborate with Pro desks to secure regional opportunities and optimize product mix. You will work with cross-functional partners to align strategies, manage multiple locations, and improve profitability while ensuring superior customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in sales, account management, or retail field roles.
• Experience working across multiple locations, markets, or territories.
• Experience training or coaching others.
• Strong relationship-building skills.
• Ability to analyze data to improve sales performance.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced field environment.
• Problem-solving with a solutions-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies that drive revenue growth and market share.
• Lead in-store execution to support sell-through across product lines.
• Build relationships with store teams and Pro desks to drive engagement.
• Support contractor and remodeler business development with Pro Account Leaders.
• Quote and close large-volume projects, contributing to store-level growth.
• Deliver product knowledge and training to store associates.
• Identify opportunities for value-based selling and improved product mix.
• Maintain merchandising standards and planograms compliance.
• Partner with internal teams to align communication and field execution.
• Serve as liaison for warranty and quality concerns.
