Job summary

PNC is seeking a System Reliability & Support Specialist, Senior to join the SRC-Application Support organization. You will support enterprise applications, monitor dashboards, and gather diagnostic data in a multi-hub technology environment in Pittsburgh, Cleveland, Birmingham, Denver, Dallas, or Phoenix.

Weekly office presence is required. You will work with teams to troubleshoot, escalate when needed, and contribute to incident resolution and operational stability while building depth across

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in Application Support, Unix/Linux fundamentals, and basic database experience (SQL queries, data validation).
• Familiarity with application development fundamentals and monitoring dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Provide first‑level and intermediate technical support for enterprise applications.
• Investigate and troubleshoot issues with guidance from senior team members.
• Participate in incident response and triage/resolution activities.
• Document issues and troubleshooting steps for knowledge sharing.
• Support ongoing operational tasks including monitoring and environment checks.
