Responsibilities

• Lead multiple, complex external customer implementations and ensure timely delivery with customer satisfaction.
• Forecast project go-live dates and meet forecasted completion dates.
• Set and manage expectations with stakeholders regarding scope, deliverables, timelines, status and risks.
• Establish and maintain the project plan with internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure quality deliverables are completed timely.
• Identify issues/risks and mobilize resources to resolve timely with go-to-green plans.
• Provide weekly status reporting to customers and management.
• Facilitate smooth transitions between teams for a holistic customer experience.
• Remain knowledgeable of changes in information technology, healthcare, and revenue management.
