Job summary

St. Joseph’s Health seeks a senior project manager to lead multiple high‑priority enterprise initiatives within a healthcare setting.

You will oversee end‑to‑end project life cycles, including intake, planning, scope, budgets, and risk management, while coordinating with executives, staff, clinicians, and external vendors. You will drive ePMO standards, deliver value aligned with strategic goals, and adapt plans as needs evolve; remote or onsite work options apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of project management experience.
• At least 3 years leading project teams.
• PMP certification is required; CSM preferred.
• Healthcare IT and IT/medical device projects experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct multiple high‑priority enterprise projects and programs.
• Oversee intake, visioning, planning, scope, schedule, cost, risk, and quality.
• Coordinate with administrative, clinical, technical, and external partners.
• Communicate status, issues, risks, milestones, and timelines to stakeholders.
• Develop and implement ePMO standards, reports, and portfolios; work remote or onsite as needed.
