Job summary

Jefferson Health is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead multiple high‑complexity, cross‑functional initiatives that advance hospital priorities. You will guide enterprise-wide stakeholders to align goals, resolve conflicts, and deliver measurable outcomes across the full project lifecycle.

You will mentor junior PMO staff and contribute to process improvements while managing budgets, schedules, and vendor relationships to ensure ROI and successful delivery in a fast-paced healthcare

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• 5 years of progressive project management experience leading large-scale, complex initiatives.
• Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
• Analytical and financial acumen including budget tracking and resource forecasting.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Interact with stakeholders across departments, vendors and leadership.
• Serve as primary contact for business and technical stakeholders.
• Create and maintain project schedules, resource plans, and risks.
• Lead multiple enterprise-wide projects with high complexity and impact.
• Develop strong working relationships with management and cross-functional teams.
• Monitor budgets, resources, and vendor contracts; adjust as needed to meet targets.
• Prepare and contribute to PM artifacts (RFPs, SOWs, charters, timelines)
• Collaborate with executives to develop comprehensive project charters and success metrics.
• Communicate scope, risks and dependencies to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Provide leadership to a matrixed project team and facilitate status meetings.
