Job summary

Centralus Health Mission seeks an experienced Project Manager II to lead enterprise projects and initiatives across the health system. You will partner with executive sponsors and leaders to deliver value, drive efficiency, and improve performance.

You will mentor junior PMs, apply Lean facilitation, and ensure governance standards are followed while balancing regulatory, financial, and operational requirements. This role supports a modern ePMO and continuous improvement culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business, healthcare administration, operations management, or related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years progressive project management experience, including enterprise or cross-functional initiatives in healthcare or similar complex settings.
• Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) from PMI (required).
• Extensive Lean training and applied experience with reputable organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-priority enterprise projects and programs aligned with strategic goals.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and communications.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across departments and stakeholder groups.
• Apply Lean and operational excellence to streamline workflows and reduce waste.
• Mentor Project Manager I staff and other team members.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while ensuring quality and timeliness.
