Job summary

EZCORP, Inc. is seeking a Senior Delivery Lead — Enterprise Programs to drive large-scale, multi-country integration projects across the US and Latin America.

This hands-on leader will manage IT, operations, and finance streams, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring timely governance and stakeholder alignment. llopez with strong background in enterprise platform migrations, change management, and multi-site deployments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of program or project management experience delivering large-scale integration, migration, or transformation programs.
• Experience leading enterprise platform implementations or migrations (ERP, HCM, financial systems, or similar).
• Experience managing multi-site technology rollouts across 50+ locations in retail, branch, or other distributed operations.
• Strong technical background engaging credibly with IT partners.
• Proven change management experience across large, distributed, multilingual workforces.
• Experience managing programs across multiple countries, regulatory environments, and cultures (US & Latin America).
• Required bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish for meetings and documentation.
• Strong financial management skills including budgeting, vendor governance, CapEx/OpEx tracking.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise-scale programs across IT, business ops, and multi-geographies.
• Define program structure, governance, milestones, risk and executive reporting cadence.
• Manage integrated program plan and dependencies; track milestones rigorously.
• Oversee budget tracking, SOW governance, forecast-to-actual variance.
• Coordinate vendor and third-party governance with procurement and legal involvement.
• Lead data migration, testing, cutover sequencing, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Provide executive-status reporting to senior leadership and steering committees.
