Job summary

EZCORP is seeking a Delivery Lead — Digital Products to oversee end-to-end planning, execution, and successful delivery of digital product initiatives. You will work with product, development, data/analytics, marketing, and business stakeholders to drive pricing, lending, and e-commerce capabilities.

The role requires coordinating cross-team dependencies, release coordination, and executive reporting within the Enterprise PMO.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of direct work experience in a project or program management capacity delivering complex digital product initiatives across multiple concurrent workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the EPMO’s delivery partner for digital product teams, managing cross-team dependencies and stakeholder alignment.
