Job summary

Jackson Lewis P.C. seeks a Senior Business Analyst to join the PMO, partnering with firm leadership to enable disciplined portfolio, program, and project management.

You will work across a diverse enterprise initiative portfolio, including technology implementations, process transformation, and data reporting. The role requires experience with senior stakeholders and a strong ability to translate complex problems into actionable analyses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in business, information systems, technology, operations, or finance.
• 7+ years of experience in business analysis, consulting, project delivery, process improvement, or related discipline.
• Experience supporting complex, cross-functional, enterprise-level projects or programs.
• Strong experience gathering, documenting, analyzing, and managing business requirements.
• Experience with process mapping, workflow analysis, and business process improvement.
• Experience working across both business and technology teams, serving as a liaison between the two.
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and facilitating and driving discussions that lead to decisions and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise business analysis activities, defining objectives, pain points, requirements, and outcomes.
• Facilitate interviews, workshops, process reviews, and stakeholder meetings to elicit and validate requirements.
• Develop and maintain artifacts: business and functional requirements, user stories, process flows, use cases, acceptance criteria.
• Analyze current and future-state processes to identify opportunities for optimization, standardization, automation, and efficiency.
• Support cross-functional initiatives across operations, finance, HR, technology, information management, and more.
• Define scope, deliverables, milestones, success criteria, dependencies, risks, and constraints with project managers.
• Translate complex business problems into structured analyses and recommendations.
• Participate in solution evaluation, testing, UAT, issue tracking, and validation of outcomes.
• Analyze processes, workflows, data, and metrics to identify trends and improvements.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and communicate complex information clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Bridge between business stakeholders and technology or delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Promote consistent BA practices, standards, and templates across projects.
• Leverage Generative AI and emerging technologies to improve research, requirements, documentation, synthesis, and deliverables.
• Identify opportunities to improve process consistency, scalability, automation, and knowledge sharing.
