Job summary

AcuityMD is seeking a Program Manager to ensure top-tier experience for our largest strategic accounts on the AcuityMD platform. You will partner with sales, solutions engineering, and customer success teams to drive successful implementations and expansions, aligning technical integrations and business outcomes.

Ideal candidates have a strong background in enterprise SaaS, complex program management, and a track record of building strategic relationships across executive levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 10+ years customer-facing experience.
• 5+ years leading large-scale customer implementation programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee strategic customers throughout their implementation journeys.
• Scope, price, and position services for implementation, integration, and ongoing premium success.
• Project manage the implementation programs for our largest customers.
• Coordinate internal and external resources to manage changes to the project scope and schedule.
• Be a strategic partner to Account Executive team and Customer Success team removing blockers with urgency.
• Partner with engineering to activate integrations with customer CRM, ERP, and data lake.
