Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 9 years’ proven project, program, executive operations, or strategic initiative management experience.
• OR in lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 13 years’ higher education and/or work experience with 9+ years in project/executive operations management.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple related projects and executive initiatives across three or more business areas.
• Develop integrated project plans, schedules, and forecasts with stakeholders.
• Ensure governance structures, escalation paths, and communication plans are in place.
• Drive execution, manage budgets, forecasts, and change controls while monitoring dependencies.
