Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 7 years leading organizational change or related fields.
• Enterprise-scale initiatives with measurable business outcomes.
• Ability to engage senior executives and shape strategic decisions.
• Experience blending change management with agile and service design.
• Prosci or ACMP CCMP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assess and shape solutions by partnering with leaders and stakeholders.
• Lead discovery conversations to uncover root causes and readiness.
• Evaluate opportunities across people, process, customer experience, and design.
• Recommend integrated approaches using change management, service design, and agile.
• Serve as strategic thought partner to leaders to define scalable solutions.
• Lead Organizational Change Management for prioritized initiatives.
• Develop and execute change strategies to enable adoption and minimize disruption.
• Coach executives, sponsors, and teams through complex changes.
• Design communications, learning, and reinforcement for sustainsability.
• Measure adoption and outcomes to drive continuous improvement.
