Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Project Manager to support the delivery of strategic business and technology initiatives across the organization.

This role leads small to mid-sized projects, coordinating workstreams, requirements, testing, and stakeholder engagement in a fast-paced financial services environment. The ideal candidate has 5–8 years in project management, strong communication, and experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5–8 years of experience in project management.
• PM certifications such as PMP/CAPM/CBAP/CCBA/ECBA are preferred but not required.
• Experience in asset management or financial services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of small to mid-sized business and technology projects.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and status reporting.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders, applying Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies to drive delivery and governance.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business objectives into actionable requirements and solutions.
• Coordinate project meetings, communications, action items, and deliverables to maintain alignment and momentum.
• Support budgeting, vendor coordination, and execution activities to improve delivery efficiency.
• Coordinate end-to-end testing activities and facilitate UAT for implementations.
