Job summary

Canon USA seeks a Program Manager to coordinate programs for large customers with multiple locations and stakeholders. You’ll align customer priorities with Canon teams, oversee execution, resolve issues, and provide clear program visibility to customers and Canon leadership.

You will manage scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks and changes, lead reviews and executive updates, and drive accountability across teams without direct authority. Hybrid work in the United States is supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, project management, operations, engineering, supply chain, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Master's degree preferred.
• PMP certification is preferred, or ability to obtain within 12 months.
• Agile, Scrum, or PRINCE2 certifications preferred.
• Seven or more years of project or program management experience with complex customer-facing programs.
• Experience supporting large customers with multiple locations, stakeholders, and workstreams.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main program-management contact for assigned large customers.
• Understand each customer goals, locations, stakeholders, priorities, and commitments.
• Maintain an account program plan covering active projects, milestones, owners, risks, and next steps.
• Support customer retention, expansion, and consistent experience across locations.
• Coordinate implementations, installations, expansions, upgrades, and relocations across customer sites.
