FIS in the United States seeks a Senior Lead Project Manager to drive complex, high‑impact programs from initiation to delivery, owning scope, schedule, budget and quality while guiding cross‑functional teams across clients and partners to deliver outcomes.

You will strengthen governance, manage risks and dependencies, and champion standard PM practices while aligning stakeholders and steering delivery to meet strategic goals.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, MIS, business administration or related field.
• 10+ years’ experience leading complex technology projects or programs.
• Experience with project governance, budgets, schedules and resources.
• Strong stakeholder leadership and communication with senior stakeholders.
• Proven ability to guide cross-functional teams through complex delivery challenges.

Responsabilidades

• Lead complex projects and programs from initiation through delivery, defining scope, plans, schedules, budgets and deliverables.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams with internal teams, clients, vendors and partners to manage dependencies and deliver outcomes.
• Own project governance, financial management, risks, issues and change control with progress reporting.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders; lead discussions to align, inform decisions and manage expectations.
• Identify opportunities to improve PM processes and strengthen delivery capability across the organization.
