Job summary

Charter Communications, operating as Spectrum, seeks a Talent Development Program Manager to lead HR initiatives across the company. You will support BRGs, mentoring programs, and external partnerships while coordinating governance, events, and communications.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to optimize the employee experience, drive engagement, and provide insightful program analytics that align with strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting or managing HR programs and initiatives across multiple stakeholders.
• Knowledge of HR domains such as talent acquisition, performance management, learning and development, total rewards, HR operations and HRIS platforms.
• Familiarity with program management methodologies, change management principles, and governance practices.
• Strong analytical skills with experience tracking program metrics, reviewing HR data and ensuring compliance.

Responsibilities

• Support talent management programs and BRGs across the company.
• Coordinate events across BRGs and maintain governance resources.
• Mentor program managers and interface with mentoring platform vendors.
• Manage partnerships with external organizations and track engagement and funds.
• Produce reports and insights on participation and outcomes.
