Job summary

Genesys is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead enterprise transformation initiatives within Professional Services. You will own strategy, governance, and execution across multi-year engagements, coordinating with executives, partners, and delivery teams to deliver measurable customer and business outcomes.

You will oversee budgets, risk, and change management while mentoring PMs and driving adoption of Genesys Cloud, AI, and analytics across complex programs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience leading complex enterprise technology implementations, transformation initiatives, and strategic programs.
• Extensive experience managing global, multi-million-dollar, multi-year enterprise programs with multiple workstreams and executive visibility.
• Demonstrated success leading large, cross-functional teams within complex matrixed organizations.
• Proven executive presence and ability to advise, communicate with, negotiate with, and influence C-level customer executives and senior internal leaders.
• Deep expertise in enterprise program management, governance models, strategic planning, financial management, risk management, and organizational change.
• Strong background in program financial management, including revenue forecasting, profitability, margins, budgets, scope governance, and commercial performance.
• Experience managing strategic partners, vendors, outsourced delivery organizations, and geographically distributed teams.
• Executive communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, conflict resolution, and decision-making capabilities.
• Experience applying Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies to complex enterprise programs.
• Ability to travel up to 25 percent.

Responsibilities

• Lead Genesys' largest and most complex enterprise transformation programs, defining strategy, governance, success criteria, and execution roadmaps.
• Own end-to-end program performance across scope, schedule, quality, financial results, customer satisfaction, organizational change, and contractual commitments.
• Drive alignment among customer executives, Genesys leadership, delivery teams, partners, and vendors to resolve priorities and accelerate decisions.
• Serve as primary program leader and executive escalation point, building trusted relationships and resolving complex delivery and commercial challenges.
• Lead executive governance meetings, steering committees, and business reviews with actionable visibility into program health and risks.
• Protect program financial performance through disciplined revenue forecasting, profitability and margin management, budgets, and change management.
• Establish scalable governance models, reporting standards, KPIs, and metrics to improve delivery predictability and data-driven decisions.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, Finance, Legal, and Services leadership to remove barriers and advance outcomes.
• Guide Project Managers in managing dependencies, mitigating risks, and maintaining consistent standards across workstreams.
• Mentor PMs/Program Managers and translate lessons into repeatable capabilities.

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience

PMP certification

PgMP/ PMI-ACP/SAFe/Scrum Master
