Job summary

Genesys is seeking a senior leader to head the Professional Services' most strategic enterprise transformation programs, defining strategy, governance, and execution roadmaps to deliver measurable customer and business outcomes.

You will mentor project and program managers, align executive stakeholders across sales, engineering, and finance, and drive delivery excellence across multi-year, multi-workstream engagements leveraging Genesys Cloud, AI, analytics, and integrations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex enterprise technology implementations and strategic programs.
• Proven track record managing global, multi-year programs with executive visibility.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead largest and most complex enterprise transformation programs.
• Define strategy, governance, and execution roadmap.
• Oversee scope, schedule, quality, and financial results.
• Maintain executive alignment and resolve conflicts.
• Lead governance meetings and strategic reviews.
• Forecast revenue and manage margins on engagements.
• Mentor project and program managers.
