Job summary

Genesys is seeking a Principal Solutions Consultant to drive enterprise adoption of AI-powered experience orchestration. You will partner with executives and technical teams to translate complex challenges into measurable, valuable solutions using Genesys Cloud.

You will lead AI proof-of-concepts, develop tailored demos, and collaborate across Sales, Product, Professional Services, and Customer Success to shape strategic outcomes. This role offers senior visibility and impact.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills across audiences from technical practitioners to executives.
• Experience facilitating workshops, discovery sessions or strategy discussions.
• Familiarity with AI, automation, conversational tech, or CX platforms.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with large, strategic customers investing >$1M in CX transformation.
• Support 2–3 Account Executives and act as trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle.
• Lead discovery sessions, value workshops, and stakeholder meetings to define outcomes.
• Lead customer-facing AI proof-of-concept initiatives and trials.
• Develop tailored solution demonstrations aligned to customer objectives.
• Advise executives and stakeholders by linking needs to Genesys solutions and outcomes.
• Share knowledge internally and externally to drive long-term value.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Professional Services, Customer Success and Partners.
• Document engagements, discoveries and forecasts in CRM to support planning.
