Job summary

ZoomInfo is seeking a Senior Procurement Manager to lead end-to-end procurement activities, including contract management and negotiations with global vendors. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders across legal, finance, and business units to drive sourcing strategies and ensure compliance.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree; MBA or related field preferred.
• 5–7 years in product and services procurement, sourcing, and contract administration.
• 3+ years negotiating medium to large IT product and services agreements, including Cloud (IAAS, SAAS).
• Global experience preferred.
• Ability to benchmark vendor spend against industry data to ensure competitive pricing.
• Collect and analyze financial/market information to inform sourcing decisions.
• Facilitate presentations for internal and external clients at all levels.
• Experience with contract administration, governance, and customer relationship management preferred.
• Demonstrated strong interpersonal and leadership skills in a collaborative environment.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple, shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement process for ZoomInfo procurement activities, including intake, review, approvals, execution, and onboarding.
• Prepare, review, execute, and manage approvals for contracts, renewals, terminations, and change orders.
• Lead medium-to-high complexity sourcing projects (RFP/RFI/RFQ).
• Define deal objectives and implement negotiation strategies to meet business objectives.
• Lead commercial negotiations as required.
• Ensure financial processes for payments, invoices, and work orders for suppliers and contracts.
• Develop and maintain procurement metrics for department goals.
• Manage and resolve contract disputes with legal and finance teams.
• Collect and review vendor contracts to ensure SLA compliance.
• Act as SME for procurement processes and best practices; liaison between vendors and stakeholders.
• Participate in supplier governance activities.
• Develop and maintain contractual artefacts and facilitate supplier reviews.
