Saliense is seeking a mid-level Business Process Reengineering Specialist to lead day-to-day workstreams within rapid current-state assessments and to diagnose root causes of performance gaps. You will plan, run cross-cutting process analyses, and translate findings into high-level redesigns and future-state operating models.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business process reengineering or management consulting.
• Experience leading end-to-end current-state and future-state analyses.
• Experience designing assessment plans and gap analyses.
• Experience interviewing senior executives and synthesizing findings.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day workstreams within rapid current-state assessments.
