You will benchmark culture across organizations to surface strengths and opportunities and help design a future-state operating model for peak performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience providing operational gaps assessments with recommendations to design high-level operating models utilizing knowledge and understanding of CISA as National Coordinator for Security and Resilience of U.S. Critical Infrastructure.
• Ability to analyze CISA’s operating environment and propose actionable strategies to enhance processes, procedures, and tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current state and identify areas for improvement.
• Propose actionable strategies to enhance process, procedures, and tools across the organization.
• Support the agency to benchmark its culture against other organizations to identify strengths and opportunities.
• Provide analysis and recommendations on cross-cutting processes and organizational culture.
• Recommend a high-level design of the future state operating model to support peak performance.
