Saliense is seeking a Senior Business Process Reengineering Lead in Arlington, VA to drive assessment strategy, own the Operational Assessment Plan, and deliver high‑impact recommendations to agency leadership. The role requires guiding culture benchmarking and presenting findings to executives.

You will mentor a multidisciplinary team, coordinate with the Contract Project Manager on schedule and resources, and translate findings into an executable transformation roadmap that improves mission

Qualifications

• 10+ years in business process reengineering or related fields, incl. federal engagements.
• Led enterprise-wide current-state assessments and future-state operating models.
• Deep expertise in process redesign and root-cause analysis for cross‑organization processes.
• Experience in organizational health, culture, and change readiness assessments.
• Advising SES-level stakeholders, briefing leaders, building consensus.
• Managed multidisciplinary teams delivering high-visibility work on tight timelines.

Responsabilités

• Lead, set assessment strategy and methodology, own Operational Assessment Plan.
• Guide culture benchmarking and present findings to agency leadership.
• Mentor mid-level and junior specialists; coordinate with Contract PM on schedule and resources.
• Ensure findings enable a smooth handoff to implementation.
