Job summary

Digital Federal Credit Union is seeking a senior transformation lead to drive cross-enterprise simplification across journeys, platforms, and functions. You will diagnose systemic friction, translate pain points into clear problem statements, and design scalable, end-to-end solutions.

You will influence leaders without authority, define metrics, and ensure regulatory considerations while delivering durable improvements in efficiency, capacity, quality, and member experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 6-8 years of experience in process simplification or operational excellence.
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Financial services or regulated industry experience is required.
• Advanced Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent certification is required.
• Strong analytical and operational acumen with enterprise-scale workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and simplification efforts for complex problem spaces spanning journeys and functions.
• Diagnose systemic process and experience breakdowns across teams and platforms.
• Translate enterprise pain points into clear, prioritized problem statements.
• Design scalable end-to-end simplification solutions with defined outcomes.
• Influence cross-functional leaders to drive alignment and action without formal authority.
• Define success metrics and adoption considerations for durable impact.
• Anticipate regulatory, risk, and control implications and coordinate with relevant teams.
• Provide mentorship in structured problem solving and simplification practices.
