Qualifications

• 5+ years of financial services experience.
• Experience with bank or credit union core systems.
• Experience with bank or credit union system conversions.
• Experience working with IT and Operation teams in the financial industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; professional and organized.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders, IT, and project managers to translate requirements into actionable plans.
• Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvements and technology enhancements focusing on deposit accounts and operations.
• Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring technical transformation projects to meet scope, budget, and timelines.
• Act as liaison between technical and operations teams to update procedures based on technology changes.
