The position requires 6–8 years of process excellence experience, financial services background, and Lean/Six Sigma certification.

Qualifications

• Lead discovery and simplification of complex processes.
• Diagnose systemic process and experience breakdowns across teams.
• Translate pain points into clear problem statements.
• Design scalable end-to-end simplification solutions.
• Experience in financial services or regulated industry.
• Lean, Six Sigma or equivalent certification.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and simplification efforts for complex, ambiguous, multi-domain problem spaces spanning journeys and functions.
• Diagnose systemic process and experience breakdowns across teams, products, and platforms.
• Translate enterprise-scale pain points into clear, structured problem statements for decision making.
• Design scalable, end-to-end simplification solutions with defined outcomes.
• Influence cross-functional leaders to align and act using data and recommendations.
• Define success metrics and adoption considerations for durable impact.
• Anticipate regulatory and risk implications and coordinate with appropriate teams.
• Mentor analysts and managers in structured problem solving and simplification.
