Job summary

First Tech is seeking a senior practitioner to lead complex, cross-enterprise simplification initiatives that address systemic sources of operational friction and experience breakdowns. You will shape problem framing, solution design, and execution across multiple journeys, platforms, and functions.

In this role, you will diagnose root causes, translate pain points into clear statements, and design scalable solutions while navigating regulatory requirements and long-term sustainability.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience in process simplification, operational excellence, or related disciplines.
• Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Financial services or regulated industry experience is required.
• Advanced Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent certification is required.
• Strong operational and analytical acumen, with the ability to assess complex workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to influence leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and simplification efforts for complex, multi-domain problem spaces.
• Diagnose systemic process and experience breakdowns across teams and platforms.
• Translate enterprise pain points into structured, prioritized problem statements.
• Design end-to-end simplification solutions with defined outcomes.
• Influence cross-functional leaders to drive alignment and action.
