Job summary

Navy Federal Credit Union is seeking an experienced Change Management leader to shape enterprise strategy and governance across digital transformation initiatives. You will advise executives, represent change in strategic planning, and drive adoption of new processes and capabilities at scale.

The role requires strong executive presence, cross-functional leadership, and a proven track record delivering large-scale changes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in change management or a related field.
• Executive coaching experience.
• Experience in organizational design and transformation.
• Experience in change portfolio management.
• Knowledge of governance and compliance.
• Proven track record leading complex change programs.
• Experience with global change programs and regulatory compliance.
• Strong executive presence and advisory skills.
• Ability to present complex findings to executive and senior management audiences.
• Monday-Friday availability, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM.
• Adherence to Navy Federal policies and Bank Secrecy Act regulations.

Responsibilities

• Shape enterprise change strategy and governance.
• Advise executives on change leadership.
• Represent change management in strategic planning forums.
• Evaluate and improve enterprise-wide change capability maturity assessments.
• Integrate change strategy with digital transformation roadmaps.
• Own the design and delivery of change strategies.
• Lead through ambiguity and resistance, align executive stakeholders, and integrate interdependent programs to enable strategic execution at scale.
• Deliver change management presentations and Prosci-based training to internal stakeholders to build skills for project teams, leaders, and front-line employees.
• Facilitate organizational transformation aligned with business objectives.
• Evaluate change impacts and develop communication and training strategies.
• Engage stakeholders across all organizational levels.
• Ensure adoption of new processes, systems, or structures and sustain change outcomes.
