Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Principal Transactional Excellence Leader for the Eaton Transaction System (ETS). This founding, enterprise-level role drives process excellence across Idea-to-Realization value streams and SG&A functions, blending Lean design with AI-enabled automation to improve experience, cycle time, and productivity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 10 years of process improvement and business transformation leadership.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end process improvement initiatives across corporate and transactional functions, from problem identification through sustained results.
• Assess current-state processes using observation, stakeholder engagement, process mining, and data analysis to identify waste and errors.
• Establish process visibility, measurement integrity, and baselines; identify unmeasured work.
• Drive root-cause resolution by improving upstream process conditions.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies (DMAIC/DFSS) to improve and redesign transactional workflows.
• Perform root-cause analysis, evaluate process capability, validate outcomes, and implement controls.
• Partner with process owners and Solution Architecture teams to align process, technology, and system capabilities.
• Quantify business impact through improvements in cost, quality, speed, risk, and productivity.
• Coach leaders and teams in continuous improvement disciplines and capability building.
• Serve as a founding member of the ETS Office, establishing standards and governance across value streams.
