Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end process improvement initiatives across corporate and transactional functions.
• Assess current-state processes using observation, process mining, and data analysis to identify waste and inefficiencies.
• Establish process visibility, measurement integrity, and performance baselines.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma methods to redesign transactional workflows.
• Coach leaders in continuous improvement and establish governance.
