Job summary

Woolpert is seeking a Senior Enterprise Business Process Architect to join the Business Transformation team in the United States. You will architect and improve Woolpert’s end-to-end enterprise processes from lead generation to project delivery and billing, partnering with executives to support governance and transformation roadmaps.

The role requires independent work in ambiguous environments with a focus on scalable process designs, risk assessment, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, organizational development, information systems, engineering, finance, or related field.
• Advanced knowledge of enterprise process architecture, value-stream mapping, and transformation planning.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills for executive-level alignment.

Responsibilities

• Map end-to-end business lifecycle including lead generation, proposal, project delivery, billing, and revenue flow.
• Translate objectives into current and future-state process architecture; identify dependencies and control gaps.
• Create enterprise process artifacts, value-stream maps, process models, and executive-ready documentation.
• Collaborate with business, finance, operations, and technology to translate requirements into designs and governance needs.
• Maintain reusable process documentation, templates, and standards to enable scalability and adoption.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops to validate processes and align teams on improvements.
• Prepare reports and recommendations using qualitative and quantitative analysis.
• Evaluate new process practices and tech-enabled opportunities to streamline workflows.
• Support ERP modernization and transformation initiatives with process impact documentation.
• Provide methodology guidance for enterprise process documentation.
