Job summary

Procore Technologies is seeking a Senior Director of Pricing & Monetization Strategy to guide pricing, packaging, and monetization across its product portfolio and AI offerings. Based in Austin, TX or Carpinteria, CA, you will lead cross-functional efforts to drive revenue growth, customer value, and simplified operations.

You’ll work directly with Product leadership to design forward-looking monetization models, govern pricing decisions, and execute portfolio transformations.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in pricing strategy, monetization, product strategy, commercial strategy, and management consulting.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide architecture for packaging, platform bundling, add-on systems, and segment-specific offerings to maximize customer success.
• Partner with Product leadership to design monetization models for new product launches, acquisitions, data and workflow products, and AI capabilities.
• Evaluate and champion diverse monetization approaches, including hybrid, usage-based, subscription, and outcome-based structures.
• Own development of data frameworks to analyze win rates, price elasticity, and willingness-to-pay, translating insights into action plans.
• Establish scalable pricing governance forums to streamline commercial approvals, pricing experiments, and global standards.
• Drive high-priority migration programs and portfolio transformations to reduce commercial friction for customers and sales teams.
• Act as trusted advisor to executives, fostering transparent communication across global regions.
