Job summary

Procore is seeking a strategic Product Manager to define value-based pricing, packaging, and monetization for the Project Execution suite. You will own end-to-end strategy for packaging, AI features, and aligning monetization with customer value and business growth.

Based in our Austin, TX office, you will collaborate across product, marketing, revenue, and engineering to deliver pricing models and track metrics.

Qualifications

4+ years of software Product Management or Product Strategy experience at a B2B SaaS company.
Experience defining SaaS pricing tiers and feature packaging.
Experience monetizing AI/ML capabilities or consumption-based products is a major plus.
Strong understanding of project execution workflows and collaboration software.

Responsibilities

Pricing & Packaging Strategy: Define, iterate, and execute value-based pricing and packaging across the Project Execution portfolio.
Lead product strategy around monetizing AI-driven capabilities and automated project workflows with various models.
Partner with Executive Leadership, Product Management, Revenue Operations, and Sales for GTM alignment.
Conduct quantitative analyses on feature utilization, price elasticity, retention, and unit economics to inform monetization decisions.
Understand customer workflows and market trends to translate insights into intuitive packaging strategies.
Maintain a broad view of the product ecosystem and contribute to core PM responsibilities with engineering teams.
