Job summary

Procore Technologies is seeking a Senior Director of Pricing & Monetization Strategy to lead pricing, packaging, and monetization across the portfolio, including AI offerings. You will partner with Product leadership, drive governance, and steer commercial transformations to enable revenue growth and customer value.

Reporting to the VP of Corporate Strategy, this role is based in our Austin, TX or Carpinteria, CA offices and is available for immediate start.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in pricing strategy, monetization, product strategy, commercial strategy, and management consulting.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide packaging, platform bundling, add-on systems, and segment-specific offerings.
• Design monetization models for new product launches, data and AI capabilities.
• Evaluate diverse monetization approaches: hybrid, usage-based, subscription, and outcome-based.
• Develop data frameworks to analyze win rates, price elasticity, and willingness-to-pay.
• Establish pricing governance forums for approvals, experiments, and global standards.
• Lead migration programs and portfolio transformations reducing commercial friction.
• Advise executives with transparent, cross-region decision making.
