Job summary

Pearson Clinical Assessment is seeking a highly strategic Principal, Portfolio Management to lead the ongoing implementation, adoption, and growth of our Digital Assessment Library enterprise accounts. You will serve as a trusted advisor to large institutional customers across education, healthcare, and government markets ensuring value realization and long-term success.

This role requires executive relationship building and cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Psychology, Healthcare Administration or related field.
• 7+ years in program management, customer success, enterprise account management, consulting, or related roles.
• Strong ability to manage complex enterprise customer relationships and build executive-level partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of strategic enterprise customers and act as primary program lead.
• Develop and maintain relationships with executive sponsors and key decision-makers.
• Drive account planning, customer success, retention, and financial growth.
