Job summary

Pearson Clinical Assessment is seeking a highly strategic Principal, Portfolio Management to lead the successful implementation, adoption, growth, and ongoing management of our Digital Assessment Library enterprise accounts.

You will serve as a trusted advisor to large institutional customers across education, healthcare, and government markets, ensuring maximum value from their investment while driving retention and expansion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years in program management, customer success, or related roles.
• Experience managing complex enterprise customer relationships.
• Financial acumen with ROI assessment and business-case development.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive results.
