Job summary

Pearson Clinical Assessment is seeking a highly strategic and customer-focused Principal, Portfolio Management to lead the successful implementation, adoption, growth, and ongoing management of our Digital Assessment Library enterprise accounts.

In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to large institutional customers across education, healthcare, and government markets ensuring they realize maximum value from their investment while driving account retention, expansion, and long-term

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Psychology, Healthcare Administration or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in program management, customer success, enterprise account management or related roles.
• Experience managing complex enterprise customer relationships.
• Financial acumen with experience building business cases, assessing ROI and translating opportunities into investments.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary program lead for a portfolio of strategic enterprise customers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customer stakeholders, including executive sponsors and key decision-makers.
• Lead account planning activities to support customer success, retention and growth.
• Manage end-to-end implementation and onboarding of enterprise customers.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources to ensure timely program delivery.
• Monitor milestones, risks, dependencies, and adoption metrics.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance outcomes and efficiency.
• Identify expansion opportunities and analyze usage to improve adoption and engagement.
• Support renewal planning and long-term account strategy.
• Conduct account reviews and develop executive-level presentations and business cases.
