Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management experience in complex enterprise environments.
• Experience within a PMO and in standing up, transforming, maturing, or optimizing PMO functions.
• Strong governance, controls, risk management, reporting, and delivery standards.
• Proven success managing enterprise initiatives with multiple business and technical stakeholders.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex projects from initiation through planning, execution, and closeout.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
• Coordinate business and technology stakeholders across multiple workstreams.
• Drive accountability, issue resolution, and proactive risk management.
• Monitor project health and implement corrective actions when needed.
• Support maturation and evolution of an enterprise PMO and governance models.
• Deliver executive-level project and portfolio reporting.
• Develop meaningful KPI and project performance metrics.
