Job summary

MSQ DX is seeking a Senior Enterprise Project Manager to join our growing team in a hybrid role with some in-office days. You will lead multiple complex projects across cross-functional teams, balancing scope, budget, and schedule while aligning with SDLC and Agile methodologies.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of senior project management experience in digital environments, strong leadership and communication skills, and a solid background in both Agile and Waterfall approaches, DXPs, UX/UI,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years’ experience as Senior Project Manager in digital agency or similar environment.
• Strong presentation, escalation, and solution-providing skills for senior leadership.
• Five or more years’ experience in a Senior Project Manager role in complex environments.
• Proficient in change management, enterprise communication, and training.
• Technical background preferred.
• Solid understanding of Agile and Waterfall with DXP and full website builds in agile environments.
• Deep knowledge of digital deliverables, UX/UI, SEO, localization, and testing/optimization.
• Ability to lead at a strategic level or dive into details as needed.
• Experience with Microsoft Office tools and project/program management applications.

Responsibilities

• Understand MSQ DX’s technology, customer applications, internal processes and performance standards.
• Lead multiple projects in a matrixed environment using SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Coordinate with internal and external resources to ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
• Guide projects to successful completion within scope, quality, budget, and schedule.
• Maintain complete project documentation and adhere to MSQ DX’s PM processes.
• Engage in business development activities including RFPs, SOWs, and estimation planning.
• Lead and support project teams and foster continuous improvement.
