Job summary

Movemedical is seeking an experienced Project Manager to own end-to-end implementations for APAC customers, from kickoff through go-live and support handoff.

You will be the primary APAC contact, running meetings, managing budgets, and resolving blockers with strong cross-functional collaboration. This role offers remote work and the chance to shape delivery in a growing startup environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on PM with customer-facing, implementation-focused experience.
• Owns end-to-end projects with plan, budget, and relationships.
• Excellent and confident communication; runs meetings effectively.
• thrives in environments with evolving processes and ambiguity.
• Familiarity with project-tracking tools like JIRA and Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Own full lifecycle of customer implementation projects from kickoff to go-live and support.
• Serve as primary APAC contact, building trust with customers.
• Lead status meetings, manage expectations, and keep deliverables on track.
• Identify blockers, escalate risks, and manage budgets and change orders.
• Explain product deeply, troubleshoot with customers, and coordinate with teams.
• Collaborate with Solution Consultants, Support, Training, and Enablement.
• Lead handoff to Support at project close-out and ensure smooth transitions.
• Coordinate across time zones, including US and Europe.
• Provide regular status updates to leadership and customers.
• Create, maintain, and share project documentation and risk registers.
• Track hours and coordinate with Finance on invoicing.
