Job summary

Maximus seeks a senior technical leader to own architecture, engineering, and operations for enterprise systems including Salesforce and Deltek Costpoint. You will direct application development, platform operations, DevSecOps, and modernization initiatives.

You will lead multi-functional teams, manage budgets and vendors, ensure security and compliance, and collaborate with business leaders to drive transformation. A strong CRM/ERP and enterprise architecture background is required.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of relevant professional experience.
• 7+ years of technology leadership experience managing enterprise platforms, application portfolios, or technical teams.
• Proven experience leading enterprise application strategy, architecture, engineering, integration, modernization, and operations.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise CRM and ERP platforms, preferably Salesforce and/or Deltek Costpoint.
• Experience with enterprise architecture, APIs, integration, DevSecOps, CI/CD, testing, and release management.
• Strong understanding of security, identity, data governance, risk, compliance, resilience, and lifecycle management.
• Experience managing technology budgets, licensing, vendors, professional services, and workforce planning.

Responsibilities

• Own the program's engineering architecture, engineering, and operations across CRM/ERP systems.
• Lead application development, platform operations, integration, DevSecOps, and release management.
• Drive platform modernization, automation, reuse, and reduction of technical debt.
• Ensure security, reliability, performance, and compliance across enterprise systems.
• Partner with leaders to prioritize capabilities and transformation initiatives.
