Job summary

Maximus seeks an senior technical leader to own the architecture, engineering, and operations of enterprise platforms including Salesforce and Deltek Costpoint. You will drive DevSecOps, integration, and platform modernization across CRM, ERP, and connected systems.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets and vendors, and collaborate with business leaders to prioritize capabilities and transformation initiatives. A strategic, security-conscious mindset is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 12+ years of relevant experience; experience leading enterprise platforms or technical teams.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise CRM/ERP platforms, preferably Salesforce and/or Deltek Costpoint.
• Experience with enterprise architecture, APIs, integration, DevSecOps, CI/CD, testing, and release management.

Responsibilities

• Own the development, administration, integration, DevSecOps, and lifecycle operations of Salesforce, Deltek Costpoint, and supporting systems.
• Lead application engineering, platform operations, and release management.
• Drive platform modernization, automation, and reduction of technical debt.
