Job summary

Maximus seeks a senior tech leader to own the program's engineering vision across CRM/ERP platforms, including Salesforce and Deltek Costpoint. You will steer architecture, modernization, and operations, ensuring security, reliability, and lifecycle integrity across enterprise systems.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and collaborate with business and technology leaders to drive transformation initiatives while maintaining rigorous governance and delivery standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 12+ years of experience in enterprise applications, CRM/ERP, or platform engineering.
• 7+ years of leadership managing enterprise platforms or technical teams.
• Proven experience leading architecture, modernization, and operations.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce and/or Deltek Costpoint and integration approaches.
• Experience with APIs, DevSecOps, CI/CD, testing, and release management.
• Security, governance, risk, and compliance understanding.

Responsibilities

• Own development, administration, integration, DevSecOps, and operations of lifecycle for Salesforce, Deltek Costpoint, and related systems.
• Lead application engineering, platform operations, integration, and release management.
• Drive platform modernization, automation, and reduction of technical debt.
• Ensure compliance with architecture, security, and data standards across CRM/ERP systems.
• Oversee budgets, licensing, vendors, and workforce planning.
• Partner with leaders to prioritize capabilities and transformation initiatives.
