Job summary

Maximus is seeking an senior leader to own the engineering of enterprise platforms including Salesforce and Deltek Costpoint, driving modernization, integration, and DevSecOps across CRM and ERP systems.

You will lead platform operations, architecture direction, and program delivery while aligning with governance, security, and compliance requirements. The role involves strategic staffing, budgeting, and vendor management within a large, regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
• 12+ years of professional experience.
• Progressive experience in enterprise applications, CRM, ERP, or platform engineering.
• 7+ years in technology leadership managing enterprise platforms or teams.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise CRM/ERP platforms (prefer Salesforce/Deltek Costpoint).
• Experience with APIs, integration, DevSecOps, CI/CD, testing, and release management.
• Security, data governance, risk, compliance, resilience, lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Own the program's engineering integrity and quality of all solutions.
• Ensure contractual requirements and SLAs are met.
• Lead architectural decisions, scope changes, risk mitigation, and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with customers and program management to align roadmaps.
• Serve as senior technical interface for customers; support reviews and briefings.
• Promote collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
