Maximus is seeking a senior technical leader to own and govern the engineering and platform operations for enterprise systems including Salesforce and Deltek Costpoint. You will drive architecture, integration, and modernization while guiding DevSecOps practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field required.
• 12+ years of professional experience in enterprise applications or platform engineering.
• 7+ years in technology leadership managing enterprise platforms or technical teams.
• Strong knowledge of CRM/ERP platforms (Salesforce/Deltek Costpoint) and related architectures.

Responsibilities

• Own the program engineering vision, architecture, and overall technical integrity.
• Lead engineering, platform operations, integration, and DevSecOps across CRM/ERP systems.
