Job summary

Maximus in the United States is seeking a Senior Enterprise Platform Leader to own the architecture, engineering, and operations of CRM and ERP ecosystems, including Salesforce and Deltek Costpoint. You will guide DevSecOps, platform modernization, and cross-team collaboration to deliver reliable, secure, and scalable solutions.

You will manage budgets, vendor relationships, and workforce planning while mentoring multiple teams of engineers, architects, and analysts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or related field.
• 12+ years of progressive engineering experience on large programs.
• Strong leadership in enterprise platforms and cross-functional teams.
• Experience with government/regulatory programs and security compliance.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, vendors, and staffing.

Responsibilities

• Own program engineering vision and architecture across CRM/ERP.
• Lead release management, DevSecOps, and platform operations.
• Drive modernization, reuse, and reduction of technical debt.
• Ensure security, reliability, and regulatory compliance.
