Job summary

Genesys is seeking a Staff Enterprise Platform Engineer focused on ServiceNow to shape enterprise-scale platform engineering, drive secure, scalable solutions, and lead cross-functional teams across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, and CMDB. You will champion AI-enabled capabilities and Now Assist adoption while ensuring governance and performance at scale.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow engineering experience in enterprise environments.
• Experience as a senior technical authority for complex ServiceNow implementations.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end technical design and engineering of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, CMDB and related platform capabilities.
• Lead technical delivery across multi-stream ServiceNow initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Guide engineering standards, reviews, and governance to improve security, reliability and performance.
