ServiceNow is seeking an AI Engineering professional to design, build, and operate agentic AI systems at enterprise scale. You will join the AI Engineering and Delivery group focusing on robust, safe, and high-performance platforms that power Now Assist, AI Agents, and AI-driven experiences for customers worldwide.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of software engineering experience.
• Experience shipping agentic AI systems in production.
• Production-grade Python and at least one other language (Go/Java/C++).
• Familiarity with frontier AI SDKs and model evaluation in production.
• Knowledge of RAG and retrieval patterns in production.
• Track record of technical leadership and mentoring engineers.

Responsibilities

• Design and ship multi-agent systems with orchestration and planning loops.
• Build agents that leverage enterprise data like CMDB and Knowledge Graph.
• Own guardrails: observability, human-in-the-loop controls, safety at scale.
• Collaborate with search teams on retrieval and grounding pipelines.
• Integrate frontier models into Sense → Decide → Act → Govern architecture.
• Lead architectural decisions and raise the bar for production AI practices.
