Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• 5+ years of experience designing and implementing APIs, distributed systems, integrations, or microservice-based architectures.
• Strong proficiency in Java, Python, C#, or similar backend technologies.
• Strong scripting for Linux/Windows servers (Bash, PowerShell).
• Experience in enterprise integrations and service-oriented architectures.
• Experience with RESTful API design and security principles.
• Experience with automation, CI/CD, source control, and DevOps practices.
• Experience in Agile delivery environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and support enterprise platforms, services, and integrations enabling software delivery.
• Lead technical execution of modernization initiatives including cloud adoption and migrations.
• Design and implement scalable APIs, integration patterns, and automation to boost developer productivity.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, platform teams, and engineering leaders on roadmaps.
• Drive engineering best practices in software development, observability, security, reliability, testing, and DevOps.
• Contribute hands-on development, scripting, troubleshooting, and technical leadership.
• Support production systems, perform root-cause analysis, and drive resiliency improvements.
• Evaluate emerging technologies including AI-assisted development to improve delivery.
