Job summary

Charles Schwab is seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to build customer-facing and backend applications for Schwab's Advisor Center Platform, delivering scalable, secure, and high-quality software that improves client experience and operational efficiency.

You will own features end-to-end, mentor junior engineers, perform code reviews, influence technical direction, and collaborate with product, design, and operations to ensure reliable delivery in a fast-paced, on-site team.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of full stack development experience
• BS or MS degree in Engineering or Computer Science
• Experience mentoring junior engineers
• Experience web-enabled apps using HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Angular, and .NET/C#

Responsibilities

• Lead development of customer-facing and backend features
• Mentor junior engineers and perform code reviews
• Collaborate with leads, product, UX and operations to align on platform standards
• Deliver high-quality software with CI/CD, tests and reliable deployments
• Resolve production issues and contribute to architectural decisions
